The Town of Burke released voting results from Monday night's meeting.

The Town of Burke released their voting results yesterday, with a positive outcome. Everything that was proposed on Monday night, was passed.

The budget of over 3 million dollars was passed. This budget will be used to repair roads, bridges and other areas in Burke that need attention. The town still hopes to recieve federal funding to aid them in this process, but has the budget nessecary to do majority of their plans on their own.

The budget proposed for the West Burke Park was also passed. The hope for these plans is to bring more life to the town and make it look as welcoming as possible.
