Wheelock held their annual town meeting this Tuesday March 4th, starting around 10am. 

Voting occurred prior to the start of the meeting, voters were making their way to the booths as the meeting was in session. A main topic of conversation, the town's Transfer Station. Many residents had complaints over how much is being put into the department, how much spending is on employment, and the overall use of bringing recycled products when some would rather go to the town over. The expenses voted on $39,064.22, which is considered shared with Sheffield. This discussion concluded with the majority voting for it, while the rest were waiting to see more change.
