ST. JOHNSBURY - The murder charge against one of the three men accused of the murder of Mary Pat O'Hagan has been dropped.

Richard Fletcher plead guilty to kidnapping and burglary, in exchange he will testify against the other suspects involved in the case.

Fletcher has not yet been sentenced.
