CONCORD - Concord school hosted their annual spring performance, and this year marked their first ever musical play, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
"We thought Willy Wonka Jr. was perfectly suited for our students with its imaginative and magical elements. We wanted our first musical experience to be one that provided lots of opportunities for kids of all ages to participate in and enjoy. How can you go wrong with a show that centers around candy?" Musical Director Vicki Litzinger said.

CONCORD-Voters of Concord will no longer be deciding on a 6.3 million dollar construction bond for a new gymnasium. On Friday November 1, after months of coming up with a proposal for the pricey project, the vote scheduled for November 12th was rescinded.

CONCORD - Multiple companies fought a fire that destroyed a home in Concord late Friday night.
Officials say they were called to 80 South Street around 10pm Friday night. Companies from Dalton, Waterford and Luneburg were called to help put out the fire. The home is considered a total loss.

They will eventually re-open exclusively as a used furniture store, which is nothing new to them.
