NEK Preschool and Childcare 3rd Annual Halloween Walk

Halloween ParadeLYNDON- The third annual Halloween Walk for the Northeast Kingdom Preschool and Childcare took place Thursday morning.

With some help from their teachers, the kids got all dressed up in their costumes and paraded over to the Darling Inn.

There, they performed a couple of songs for the lucky attendees. Although the weather was not ideal for a parade, Chrystal Wilkins, the director at the school, said that they weren’t going to let any bad weather dampen their spirits. “We are continuing with [the walk] because we are so excited about it, and the children are excited about it and that’s why we are rain or shine.”

Although the school day will be over by the time Trunk-or-Treat rolls around, Wilkins says that they will still be there with their vehicle all decked out!
