Barnet town hall renovations

Around the NEK- On Monday October 24th, the Barnet select board met with Montpelier based Black River Design to go over town hall renovation plans.

The board has been working on renovating the town hall since March of 2020. Their goal is to modernize the building and help make it more ADA compliant. 

The plans are not yet finalized as the selectboard and Black River Design work out more details such as, electrical, price and materials.The plans are available on the Barnet towns website the details what the plans are as well as a full breakdown. The next meeting will be held Monday November 14th.
