BRADFORD- Last night the Bradford Academy held their World Book Night. Author Mary Holland presented a photographic display about her own experiences in New England.

Holland included photos of her experiences in the fields, woods, and marshes all over New England. She also displayed her own natural history collection as well as her own books.

Holland said that she loves these programs because she loves "sharing my enthusiasm with people who also share it and maybe even stimulating that enthusiasm in some folks". Holland also commented that she finds that children are naturally interested in everything outdoors making the connection easier.

Holland continues to write to help encourage people to get outside and enjoy nature.
