ST. JOHNSBURY - Catamount Arts launched its 20/20 Vision Capital Campaign on September 15th during the Colors of the Kingdom Festival and the Centennial Celebration of the Masonic Temple, which is the home of Catamount Arts.

The campaign goal will insure the long term financial viability for the organization, and allow them to continue the programming and activities which drive them to their community success.

"We have a vision for 20/20, to first of all raise enough money to pay off the debt, and then to grow the endowment so that enough interest for the endowment comes in every year to support the kind of arts program that we do without having to do so many fundraisers" explains Catamount board member Robert Swartz.

Some of the the featured fundraisers for the campaign include the annual benefit auction, and the annual "All Wheel for the Arts Car Raffle". The winner of the car raffle this year will drive away with a 2013 AWD Subaru.

The goal is to raise 1 million dollars locally, and 2 million dollars from larger companies to support the campaign. The 20/20 campaign is anticipated to be successful enough to support Catamount Arts for another 100 years.
